Mine Shaft Wireless Communication System, Rope Slacking Prevention
Mine Shaft Wireless Communication System is designed for coordinating actions of technological personnel and operators of mine hoisting machines when carrying out work on descent and ascent of people, audits, inspections and repair work in mine shafts, monitoring condition of sensors of lifting vessels (mine cage or skip) and issuing control signals to control circuit of mine hoisting machines.
MAIN PURPOSES:
- safety operation of mine hoists and early emergency prevention;
- fast and reliable wireless communication in mine shafts.
FUNCTIONS:
- voice and signals wireless communication in mine shafts between personnel in mine cages, skips, buckets and hoist operator;
- conveyance devices control (cage doors, skip gates, rope tension and others) and data transmission to hoist operator and hoist control system;
- rope slacking control;
- protections and interlocks (emergency stop, start lock and others);
- communication with hoist control system;
- events archive recording.
